FRUITY BUT WITH A TWIST…

I know there are lots of people who LOVE fruity fragrances…girly and flirty and oh so sweet…but it’s not really for me (with the exception of Theirry Mugler’s Angel…Yes I know I KNOW!)

However, I have found myself reaching for Benefit’s Laugh with Me Lee Lee quite a fair bit since recently acquiring it at a Benefit Bloggers event.
As mentioned, it’s not the kind of fragrance I would usually go for as it does veer towards the sweeter scents, but I think the combination of citrus and woody amber and sandal give it a bit of grounding that makes it just that little bit more intriguing.

Am no Roger Dove when it comes to describing perfume so I’ll just pop up the fragrance pyramid for you to ponder over:

Top notes: cassis, melon, citrus.
Middle notes: black violet, lily, jasmine.
Bottom notes: blonde wood, amber, santal.

Laugh With Me Lee Lee is only available as an Eau De Toilette so you will need a top up throughout the day, but the bottle is just so adorable it’s a good one to whip out of your bag and show off if you will! At 30ml it isn’t too heavy either.

Available for £29.50 it’s a reasonable price for a fragrance and if you’re a packaging lover like me, you’ll love the little box it comes in…adorable! *points*
