Been meaning to post these photos for an AGE! A while back (we’re talking about 2 years now!)…I brought back some Palty hair dye from Japan. Curious to see how light I could make my naturally black hair go…I went for a super blonde shade.
Choosing hair dye in Japan is a bit of a struggle, namely because I couldn’t read anything so chose a box that I have since discovered to be called Hard Bleach Gold Brown: 1. HARD BLEACH! FFS!
Heres the results after 15 minutes on my head…I freaked out at how quickly it changed my hair colour so washed it out half way through the dying process!
Looking back, it doesn’t look quite so bad…if I’d have left it on for the correct amount of time am sure if would have gone to a proper blonde.
Quick bits worth noting…Palty is a foam permanent dye & yep…it’s pretty drying on the hair. I now use Naturtint hair dye without fail.
Palty = powerful stuff!
