As you know I am a huge fan of Aromatherapy Associates bath & shower oils & this set of nine therapeutic oils covers everything from muscle ache to relaxation. Sheer utter bliss!
Last night I opted for the “de-stress mind” bottle. One bottle will give you two insanely potent baths & leave you & your home deliciously scented for an absolute age after. *sniffs self* I SMELL SO SO GOOD!
As for my mind…it definitely helps to settle the unsettled. Enough said.
