It’s been a while since I last dabbled in a bit of glitter & oh how I miss it!
I always find that the wear to the tips of my manicure show up all the more with dark nail polish so I find one way to combat this is to create a glitter gradient:
It is such a simple yet effective way of reviving your nails without having to take it all off & start again. To create this look I used a base coat of Orly’ “Goth” with Deborah Lippmann “Today was a Fairytale” on the tips.
To achieve the gradient look you simply start from the very tips of your nails, dragging the brush towards the middle using light strokes. Build glitter intensity by applying a second coat to just the tips to create a nice gradation
