I picked up this gorgeous vintage dress at a charity shop about a month ago now. It was one of those rare occasions where I actually managed to find a proper old dress. Most of the time the charity shop racks are spilling over with modern brands such as Primark & H&M that finding anything genuinely old is a bit of a challenge.
Unfortunately when you do, the price also reflects it with this dress costing me £18. Not as great a bargain as I can find in a boot sale but still…I was drawn to the atomic print & the cut of the dress which I am guessing is probably 70s…plus the money goes to charity so that’s a good thing yes!
Here is today’s outfit featuring the G Dog
Dress: charity shop
Belt: my mum’s hand me down
Bangles: bakelite (all of them picked up on holiday!)
Quick note about the moccasins…have had these Minnetonkas on my wishlist for years…absolute years but never actually got round to buying any as they cost quite a bit here in the UK (£70). I picked these up whilst on holiday in San Francisco for a bargaintastic $40 (£25!) at a little shoe store on the Fisherman’s Wharf. Super comfortable & whilst they might look a tag fugly I do love mine
